Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Digital products are not sent via a shipping carrier. A confirmation email with a download link is sent to customer’s email upon successful payment.

Physical products are sent using a shipping carrier. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders except DTG printers are sent within 48 hours after the order is placed. DTG printers are sent within 3 weeks after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery time varies depending on the final destination.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

For physical products, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

uniDTG is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost items

uniDTG is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If your order is lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
